EXCHANGE POLICY

We want your shopping experience at Barbara’s Boutique to be exceptional! We hope you love each item you receive; if not, we're here to help. Whether you need a different size or item, we will gladly help you with an exchange. If you have any questions, please email info@barbarasboutique.com

Items purchased from Barbara’s Boutique are eligible for exchange or store credit within 7 days after delivery. The exchange will be made for in-stock items only. A small number of sale discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for exchange, or store credit. NO CHANGES may be made once an order has been placed. A standard shipping fee of $10.00 to US, and $20.00 to Canada and Worldwide will be charged to your card in the event of an exchange for S&H. 

 

CONDITIONS:

All merchandise must be received back in its original form. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, free of any stains, odors, or distinct smells including perfume and with all original tags attached.

 

RETURN POLICY

Customers are responsible for return shipping. Please include a copy of invoice stating the reason for your return. We will send you an email when your return package is delivered back to our warehouse. Please note, returns do take us 3-7 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your store credit is issued, you will receive a confirmation email. To complete returns ship your items to:
